Cancellation policy
24 hours' notice, and what happens either side of that.
Last updated 24 September 2026
1. The rule, in one line
At least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attended, are forfeited and charged in full.
The notice period exists so a cancelled slot can be offered to someone else rather than lost. In genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, a session may be rescheduled at the trainer's discretion.
2. How to cancel or reschedule
Contact Trey directly, as early as you can:
- WhatsApp — usually fastest
- Phone +44 7818 293048
- Email [email protected]
Notice runs from when your message is received, not when it was sent. Please do not rely on a message left with someone else or on another platform.
3. If Trey cancels
If Trey has to cancel a session, it is rescheduled at no additional cost to you. If a suitable alternative time cannot be found, the session is credited back to your package or refunded.
4. Illness and injury
If you are unwell, do not train. Tell Trey as soon as you can. Illness is treated as an exceptional circumstance and sessions will normally be rescheduled rather than charged — training through illness helpsnobody, and giving whatever notice you can makes that easier.
If an injury interrupts training for a longer period, contact Trey to discuss pausing your package ratherthan losing the remaining sessions.
5. Weather
Outdoor sessions depend on the weather. Where conditions make outdoor training unsafe or unpleasant, the session is moved indoors, relocated or rescheduled — agreed with you in advance wherever possible. Weather changes of this kind are not treated as a cancellation by either side and are not charged.
6. Package expiry
Packages of 4, 8 and 12 sessions are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Sessions forfeited through late cancellation count as used sessions within that package.
Unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will normally be forfeited. Exceptional circumstances maybe considered at the trainer's discretion. Full detail is in our website terms.
